Re : Scrubs' 8th Season.
Apparently Scrubs was originally conceived as a show with a revolving cast over the years much like ER, but everyone just kept sticking around. I'm interested in seeing how this 8th season will turn out.

Yeah, how weird is that, Tony? Continuing the show without the main characters seems like an odd decision.

Just a note about Scrubs- it's been renewed for a ninth season, but Zach Braff, Don Faison and Judy Reyes will not be returning.

my favourite Chris Evans TV story involves his show Don't Forget my Toothbrush. Basically it was a quiz show where the winner got a holiday but if they failed then he would phone a viewer and give them the prize. the viewer would be someone who had sent in a postcard asking to be put in a draw. On live TV he phoned a viewer who was watching a film on another channel and made it obvious that he had forgotten he had appplied and hardly ever watched DFYT. This meant he had to give the prize to someone who was not interested in watching the show. By the next week the phone contestant had to answer a question about the show to win the prize.

Two quick corrections to the middle item - Noel's house Party was a prime time Saturday night show of insane popularity, and the hidden camera bit was called NTV - or Noel TeleVision. Otherwise, the story as you tell it is true - and Chris Evans si a notorious prankster who would have played it for as much as he could.
